If your purchase does not meet your expectations for any reason, let me know as soon as possible! I am easy to work with and strive to make it right.
I do offer refunds as long as the following criteria are met;
1. The item is returned to me in it's original, unused condition with its original packaging with in 15 days. When returning an item, provide tracking! 
2. For items that are lost in transit, please contact USPS to file a missing parcel report, using the tracking number provided. Once an item has shipped and tracking is provided, delivery is out of my control. Please know additional insurance can be bought on packages when shipped for an additional cost. For my international customers, please allow for a full 45 days to pass before considering an item lost.
3. For custom orders, I will be happy to offer a shop credit, but am unable to refund custom items at this time.
I refund promptly when the item in question has arrived back to me.
Refunds are made in the amount of the item purchased**less the cost of shipping.
